Belleek Harvest was held on Friday 26th September. The church was beautifully decorated with a great array of flowers, foliage, fruit, vegetables and also wood and turf.
The preacher was Sandra Ross who spoke about the different types of harvest and how harvest was so dependent on weather and how we all knew what signs to look for. Sandra spoke about the harvest of our souls and challenged us to be prepared for our meeting with God, either sooner or later.
The choir accompanied by Mrs. Sadie Moore sang two anthems, ‘The Raven He Feedeth,’ and ‘Give Thanks With a Grateful Heart’.
A delicious Harvest Supper was served in the Wark Hall.
The Rector thanked all who had provided for decorating the Church, for supper and who had come along and helped.
